I have an issue with a washer/dryer delivery that was supposed to take place yesterday, 9/30. I took the day off from work for the 7am - 1pm delivery window. By 2:00, when no one had arrived, I finally called and was told they were not coming.
It is beyond ridiculous that I didn't even get a phone call, or at least an email.
I lost my entire basement in the hurricane, and have been without a W/D for a month now. I chose Best Buy because you promised me a delivery date. I had other options, and would have gone with one of them if I had known this would happen. Now my clothes are at a local Wash and Fold laundromat.
I could understand if there was a shipping delay and that was the only problem, but the fact that I waited for 7 hours and, although you knew the whole time it wasn't coming, I didn't even get a phone call or email.
I need someone to resolve this for me today or I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
