Delivery/Installation

Initially ordered items back in July 2021 for my house under construction with a estimated completion time of Nov/Dec. All is great when I learn all items will arrive no later than Nov 2... So I schedule delivery out to Nov 16th... Even more time, should be easy right?? Wrong... After finding out stove is backordered with absolutely no information since ordered was placed i log into my account today on the 14th to find out that my confirmed date of the 16th was indeed no longer scheduled... After 3+ hours playing phone tag and getting hung up on and unable to get assistance I have turned to the forums for a final plea of help. They did reschedule for the 24th however I am afraid that the stock may turn up to be out for something else and I can't simply delay closing any further. Any help or tips would be appreciated!

Welcome to our forums, albeit under such unfortunate circumstances.  Upgrading your home’s appliances should be a fun and exciting experience, so it’s disappointing to hear after waiting all this time, there appears to be a delay with your stove.
