It's been almost two weeks and nothing has been done.  The delivery has been rescheduled and is supposed to be delivered on Tuesday.  If they don't get it done Tuesday, I'll cancel the order.  Either way, the time you had to do anything to help has passed.

I'm unsure if you noticed the private message I sent to you yesterday. Just in case, I'll reiterate here that I've heard back from the delivery manager in your area. He confirmed the appointment on April 6 is expected to move forward smoothly. He asked if you would be available for a sooner appointment if something opens up. I'm unsure of your work and personal obligations, so I've let him know to give you a call directly if something like that happens. I'll send you another private message with more details shortly.
