We ordered our television on the 21st of November 2018 reschedule delivery for the following Monday and relaxed as we expected it to be delivered a couple days after that Monday the check to see why it was not delivered the account said nothing just that it is preparing so we reschedule the delivery again once again no delivery this time we decide to to use the online chat feature we spoke to three different attendants on three different all who love to say I'm sorry and apologize but who actually can't do anything other than reschedule delivery what time do you call another number so it is now 8th we have called three separate times spoken to different attendance on the phone none of whom can give us an proper explanation as to why the item cannot be delivered and why every time it is rescheduled it does not come can someone please help us
