Subject line pretty much says it all. I'll never buy another appliance at BestBuy and will tell everybody I know that the BB delivery team = fail.
Wrong delivery address the first time resulted in a reschedule for today. Install team shows up but no fridge. One of the team says oh, yeah the deilvery was changed to the 11th. No explanation.
I call the local store and am super pee od. I ask the guy if they are deliberatly trying to lose the sale? Told him I need the thing delivered today and that he has 30 minutes to call me back with status. tells me he isn't going to do that.
I told him to cancel the order, I don't need this bull.
Going to Lowes for same day delivery for in stock appliance. I'll pay more but I'll get the thing delivered without having to rearrange my life for BestBuy.
For real BB?

That isn’t at all the kind of service that we want to provide. While we won’t be able to get that delivery completed today, I’d at least like to get some order details from you so that we can use this experience to help us avoid this kind of situation in the future.
