We put in an order for a TV, Washer, Dryer, and Refrigerator with delivery and installation set for today. We ordered on April 26th.
We received confirmation yesterday the delivery was good.
Today, as we are moving into our new house, we get a call saying the washer and dryer and refrigerator are not at the store (but the TV is).
We now have no way to wash our clothes or keep food in our new house, even though we planned this out in advance.
The delivery person told us to call the store to see where the appliances are, and no one knows, they've been in transit for 2 weeks somewhere.
The only thing we could do was reschedule delivery out about another 2 weeks. So now we have to wait 2 weeks to get appliances we ordered so long ago.
Please can someone find out where the washer, dryer, and refrigerator are, because we cannot be trapped waiting another few weeks in order to find out on same day again there are still no appliances. If they can come sooner, it will be a huge help for our family.
