Delivery Date Passed. No Update.

Refrigerator delivery was scheduled for yesterday 9/25 between 7am and 1pm. I received no notification that the product was out for delivery, etc. Called around 10am and was told item was out for delivery. Nothing showed up. Called back at 2pm and someone would call me back later. Of course no one did. Called back at 6pm and was told the item was now back ordered and to call back later. Bestbuy website now says I need to reschedule delivery. I tried on the app and the website and it says sorry can’t do it you must call. Called back again and was told there’s nothing to be done as the order is now in some kind of limbo. Tried to cancel the order and it says cannot be canceled! What is going on? Do I need to go to the store and talk to someone there? At this point I feel like I’m just getting the run around and no one knows what’s happening with my order.

I know it's never easy to set time aside for an appointment so I can understand how frustrating it would be for this delivery window to close and not be sure of what happened. Today I was finally able to reschedule the delivery for tomorrow (9/29). If the item fails to show up again I will send you a PM.
