We recently purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy and the delivery and installation could not have went worse. It resulted in severely scratched and damaged hardwood floors and a drain hose leak from improper installation within the first couple of uses of the dishwasher that resulted in water damage to floors and ceiling damage downstairs.
It has been very frustrating to say the least, as every time I call Best Buy, I am put on hold for hours, disconnected or passed on to someone else. I have a Sedgwick claim number but nobody from Sedgwick has called me back and their voicemail is full today and I couldn't even leave a message.
I am looking for any assistance as I need to remedy this situation ASAP and can't further delay this issue.
