Delivery DROPPED TELEVISION IN STREET

This has been a HUGE hassle to get resolved.  I ordered a 86" TV to be delivered.  Truck pulls up and my wife watches your team drop the TV from the truck to the street.  When they come to the door, she said "I saw you drop the TV."  Their response, "no we didn't."  My house has cameras so to the video I went.  Yes, your team dropped the TV.  I have had 2 live chats, got transferred twice, 3 phone calls in which one call was disconneted.  On one of the calls, I am sorry, but I could not understand your agent.  English was horrible.  He kept asking me for my order number.  I told him to pull it up by my phone number.  I was away from my computer at the time and he should have been able to pull it up. 

 

I want my TV replaced.  I have not opened the box, but the TV hit hard enough where the box did open at the corner.  I am not going to watch this TV and have it go bad later on for something I cannot see internally.

 

This is an 86" TV.  I had it delivered for a reason.  I am not bringing it back to the store.  I want you to deliver a new TV and pick this one up.

Is anyone at Best Buy reading this or is this the same customer service we get when we call?

They will need the order number here also and will ask via private message. This forum isn't instant so if you want it taken care of right away call the 800 number and have your order number handy.

Called the 800 number 3 times and still nothing.  "I will have someone call you back,"   "We don't have the order number showing the delivery complete.  Call back tomorrow."  "Let me get someone who can help you" - that resulted in holding for 26 minutes - I gave up and hung up.

 

Very frustrating "custmer service."

Finally got this resolved.  One Allison from BB got involved, things got moving.  My TV was replaced this morning!
