So my delivery scheduled for 12-2 today has been cancelled due to a truck malfunction.
Customer service has told me that I have to call after the systems resets itself tomorrow to
reschedule. First off why am I calling to re-schedule I'm not the one that failed to deliver the
TV. I can't belive this is the way a billion dollar corporation runs things. But when you buy up
all your competition this is what you get. I am not buying the truck malfunction story either.
When you look up stock for the item I purchased it shows as out of stock. So they took my
money and sold my TV and I have to wait.
