I’m reaching out to you on a delivery issue. I purchased a Fisher & Paykel refrigerator with a delivery date of today, Nov 13th. This morning, the delivery dispatcher, Sergio called me to cancel the delivery and to reschedule. I was directed to call 888-237-8289 to speak to someone else about failed delivery. From what I understand that the delivery truck had issues and they they had to go back and get another truck to complete their deliveries for today…except for my delivery due to not wanting to drive to my town which is one of the areas they do deliver to on Saturdayd.
After calling and getting a representative, I was told I would received compensation AFTER delivery and that compensation is to be determined by Best Buy. You get what we feel like giving you?!? Really?
With no other option, I wanted to proceed with a full refund. The rep then tells me to call again tomorrow to start the refund process.
