Delivered to the wrong house

They send me an email confirmation that it was delivered and a picture of where they left the package but that door wasn't ours and I can't find a number to call to ask for help.
if anyone from best buy reads this please reply

Welcome to our forums, and thank you for reaching out with this issue.  Our phone support teams can be reached at 1-888-BESTBUY or 1-888-237-8289, however, if you’re still in need of assistance, I’ll be happy to take a closer look into this order, and offer any additional assistance I can. 

 

For me to do so, I’ll ask that you send me a private message using the blue “Private Message” button in my signature with the following information:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number
