We ordered a 70 inch LG TV a few months ago for our new home we moved into this week. We were so excited to get it today. It came unboxed, barely wrapped, with fingerprints all over the screen, tape on the back and NO POWER CORD. We didn’t buy a clearance TV or a floor model. We were treated like crap for refusing this. Absolutely terrible service.

Oh yeah. I then called the store, they don’t answer so the service answered and was IMMEDIATELY treated and talked down to as I am calm explaining the situation and then he said let me look into this for you and hung up. Never again going to Best Buy. Done! We also got a fridge delivered and paid to have it installed and the guy said sorry I don’t have time to… call the store and get a refund. YOU CANT CALL THE STORE, and you get hung up on if you try. So so not ok.

Update 7/31 @ 6.30 called back on hold for 32 mins and got about 4 sentences out extremely calmly and was hung up on again.

They put a sweet message on here to private message them and seem like they are going to take care of things and then you hear nothing back from them to make it right.
