So I was waiting for my laundry combo to be delivered today and got a text at 2:40 pm saying that my agent will be there in 5mins. 5 mins turned into 50 and no sign of any body to deliver the stuff or even give a courteous call to tell me that they won't be here today. The only reason I bought from best buy with a compromise of the choice of colors was the availablity of product and promised delivery on a specific date. It seems the website, logistics are sourced from different systems with no appreciation for customers or the business they provide. This is when I am an elite member.
Last time it happened I attributed to covid and quietly waited an extra 5 weeks (after an initial wait of 3 weeks) for a TV to be delivered which I could have picked up from Costco or Sams on the same day. But maybe I was being too generous or too stupid to assume such. TLDR - Can I get it delivered this week? I got kids and not being without a working laundry set is unacceptable.
