Long story short, it doesn't sound like this forum needs another lengthy, formal, angry ranty complaint about a bitter appliance purchase + delivery + installation experience -- I'm writing to request a reimbursement for out-of-pocket installation expenses I incurred, along with compensation for the additonal time/cost related to all the delays: who should I reach out to + what specific info should I provide to get this process started?
