Delayed Order

I purchased a TV from Best Buy store at 715 E El Camino Real, Mountain View, CA 94040 on JUL 07 2018 and it was supposed to deliver by JUL 10 2018. But right now when I track I see "Due to operating conditions, your package may be delayed" It is still in Oakland, CA.

 

I tried to contact Store but they dont have any satifactory answer. 

 

Can you please help? As I am planning to move to other state.

I want to take a moment to thank you for joining the Best Buy forum community. It’s never pleasant to find out an order is delayed, especially if you’re concerned about shipment speed due to a coming move. While Best Buy does everything it can to ensure that orders arrive quickly, sometimes there may be delays due to circumstances beyond our control, though.

 

@hockeycanuckjc had some great advice to contact the carrier for more information about delays from the carrier. In some situations, Best Buy may have only limited information about a shipment once it is transferred to the care of a carrier and is out of our control. That being said, were you able to receive your package yet? Please let me know, as I’ll be happy to take a look at your order details to see what I can find if you’re still having troubles.
