I purchased a stove and microwave drove 2 hours after renting a truck and hiring someone went and picked it up they helped me unload it into my house took the truck back and open the box to find out Best Buy had loaded some ladies dryer into the back of the truck, with her name address and last 4 CC info on the box and I was without a stove I called Best Buy and tried to speak to someone for over eight hours finally talk to someone and they don't have phones at the store which is train how do you run a business without a phone but a manager did call me back and thought it was funny and was laughing and just told me to bring the dryer back and they would get the stove for me and I informed him that I had already sent over $150 his response was well I can have your stove delivered after Christmas and I said how am I supposed to cook I have no oven and what am I going to do just store this dryer for you until then and he then said well you can rent that truck again have someone load the dryer up bring it back and get your stove and will give you $150 towards your cost and I informed him that didn't come nowhere close to covering what I've already spent not including missing three days of work gas driving two hours one way and hiring someone to load this back up and he then informed me that he couldn't do anything else!!!!! I'm livid! I'm filing a complaint with the BBB now.
