Delay in Delivery

During COVID exercise equipment has been sold out everywhere, so when i saw a bike available to order i jumped on it. I ordered an exercise bike on 07/20/2020 and I specifically ordered it at BB because the delivery said that it will be delivered by 07/30/2020. then the date change to 6th of August and i am still here on 08/12/2020 waiting with no update on when it will be delivered. On August 02, 2020,  the bike that i actually wanted became available and said it would be delivered by 08/11/2020. then the date changed to "delayed" until 08/19/2020. It's very frustrating because i specifically ordered it because i was promised a delivery date, and Costco had the exact same bike in the store for a bit more, but I could wait a week or so to save some money. At this point, i should have purchase a pelaton and they would have came on the promised date and put the bike together themselves. what's more frustrating is that i actually contacted BB customer service and they gave me the runaround for 3 hours and 2 people hung up on "accident" and then i chatted with them (i have the reference number) and they said if the first bike didn't get to me by the 6th to message them and they will give me some compensation or a gift certificate. So i chat with them on the 7th and i get nothing and they still can't give me a date on when my items will be delivered. Just very frustrated and everyday is money wasted because i rent a bike for 50 dollars a week. if i would have had the first bike on it's original date of 07/30/2020, i would have saved $150.00 by now.

Still no reply or date for delivery. What i'm more upset about is that If i wanted to purchase the items now somewhere else i couldn't because everything is sold out now. at the time of my purchase from BB, a few places had the item in stock.
