I'm so worn down from the HOURS AND HOURS and CALLS AND CALLS and TRANSFERS AND TRANSFERS and DISCONNECTIONS AND DISCONNECTIONS and LIES AND LIES trying to sort out A DELIVERY DAY CHANGE after 6 MONTHS OF DELAYS, that I can't even type it all out here. Can someone here actually help me?

For anyone viewing my original post, the system laughably keeps asking me whether my issue was resolved. Well, NO, all I got was a bunch more back and forth from Allison that amounted to false hope. They assured me they would see this through and it was being reviewed by leadership. Instead, they just stopped responding and my appliances arrived WITHOUT being installed and my old ones were NOT hauled away. On top of that, one arrived damaged right out of the box.
Of course more calls and waiting and disconnects and transfers, amounting to nothing but anger and wasted time.
I will never do business with Best Buy again and strongly reccomend nobody else does either.
