Damaged washer and improper installation , horrible support

  1. Original  Purchase made  in store on Nov 11th 2021, scheduled for delivery on Nov 18th
  2. On delivery date found damages on Washing machine on Delivery truck refused to accept delivery on Nov 18th
  3. Reschedule for Delivery to Nov 24th,  Reason Product is not available.
  4. Reschedule for Delivery to Nov 27th  due Delivery truck broken issue.
  5. Visited store and took help, very helpfull  to find the issue.
  6. Reschedule for Delivery Dec 2nd 2021.
  7. Delivery made and Installed on Dec 8th. (They have not installed drain pump and pipe, caused water leak and stains on ceiling
  8. After Calling local plumber, He found water leaking becuase improper installation.
  9.  Technician visited on Jan 3rd   . Delivery and install team came and recommended for replacement. adviced to call claims department afte they saw damage to floor and Ceiling.
  10. replacement was made on Jan 10th. 
  11.  Called customer support for claim Jan 15th, they told to email,
  12.  Got reply from asking for claim 15 digit number.
  13. Called customer support for claim number, they do not have any clue about claim number and not able to provide it, Sent email to wait for reply.
  14. Based on reviews by the time this get settled I might get retired.

Horrible Experience and pain when we call the customer support. it goes to off shore number.  The person otherside of the phone does not read notes of the case (I am note sure notes are saved against each case). They cannot connect call to next person. They cannot email the conversation and they do not give their names. Worst part is calls get disconnects in middle of conversation. they do not even call back if call is disconnect.
