We purchased a LG bottom freezer refrigerator recently. Unfortunately, at delivery the door of the refrigerator was damaged. We would like the door replaced. We are in no hurry for the repair. We are being told, however, that our only option is to return the refrigerator due to the refrigerator being out of stock.
We are unhappy with this option, because, other than the damaged door, we are happy with the refrigerator. This only other option similar to this refrigerator at Best Buy is smaller cubic feet, and is not an LG, and does not meet our needs. As I said, we are willing to be patient obtaining the replacement part.
Any help that can be given would be very much be appreciated.
