Damaged home by delivery guy

Bought a brand new mobile home. They dryer hose already installed in mobile home from under the house and comes through a small hole to hook into dryer. The delivery guy rips it to shreds by either forcefully trying to connect but my best guess is he stepped on it. He takes no accountability for it and leaves home. He says you'll have to call someone to repair this. The rest of the vent hose is under the mobile home and cannot just simply merge another hose with existing one. Will have to either go under home to put whole new hose or cut a bigger hole in my flooring. Best Buy customer service said I would be contacted by insurance company within 4 days. No call. Sent email and them and replied back it could be up to 21 days before I'm contacted. Best Buy was quick to take my money and quick to deliver damage to my home. But not quick on fixing issue. Delivery guy was also throwing F Bombs in my home for a good 5 minutes. Going to contact attorney and State attorneys office if this not resolved with the next 7 days.
