Hello,
I had appliances installed by Best Buy and the technicians damaged my driveway during delivery. After the claim submitting to Sedgwick they never follow up on my claim. I tried to call Best Buy to find out the status. However, I was told to send emails. I had sent numerous emails and nobody called me to fix my driveway or even open a Claim. I don't have any Claim numbers. Please respond.
