Damaged Property during Samsung Washer Installation

Hi

 

Damaged Property during Samsung Washer Installation on 28th Nov 2020. I raised the claim but i am not getting any support. I have sent an email to "propertyclaims@bestbuy.com" but no response. 

 

I made 5-6 calls in last one week to best buy support but no help. Can someone help me to get the faster solution?

Welcome to our forums, albeit under such unfortunate circumstances.  Having to deal with property damage after the delivery or installation of a major appliance like your Samsung washer can be stressful enough, so it’s disappointing to hear you’ve not been getting the support you were looking for after your claim has been filed.

 

I’d like to take a closer look and offer any additional assistance I can, however, I’ll just need a few pieces of additional information from you in order to do so.  If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me the following information:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your Sedgwick Claim ID #
