Be careful. We ordered a dishwasher back in December of 2020. It was supposed to be delivered on 12/16. They pushed in back to January 5th. They sent two installers to our house during the weekday. I took off work. The installers were over an hour late. They argued with me that the dishwasher was delivered to our house. I explained to them that the dishwasher was never delivered. We were told that the installers would have the dishwasher. They argued with me for about a half hour that they didn't have it.. They proceeded to remove our dishwasher. I asked them why they would take ours out if they didn't have the new one we ordered. They finally went out to their trailer and looked. They did have the dishwasher that we ordered. Opened the box and it was damaged. We refusted it. In the meantime, they had smoked a bunch of cigaretts. When they came into our home, our house smelled like an ashtray. They had to install the old back in. After I asked them to please not smoke, they both looked at me like I had 3 eyes. They told me someone would be calling me within the hour. We spent multiple hours on the phone with different people. I drove to the local store. They couldn't help. Finally, getting to multiple managers, one told me that we would be reimbursed for our issues. We had to wait for the item to be installed and close the delivery. They said for the trouble, typically they will take off between $200 and $300. Another installer came out finally in the middle of March. He asked what happened and who the original installers were. He said he knew of them and that he wasn't surprised with the complaint. The ticket was closed. We never heard back from any of the managers that offered the credit. I spent over an hour today on hold with cs. They offered a $70 gift card. A supervisor told me that without the notes from the manager, they wouldn't honor the credit off that was promised to us. I'm not sure what's happening to Best Buy, but we've bought thousands of dollars from them. We won't be spending another dollar. WeI took two days off of work and spend multiple hours on the phone. Their customer service was terrible. We would rather pay a little more from a local mom and pop shop knowing that they will make it right with their customers. I wouldn't buy anything else from Best Buy. The supervisor told me sorry, file a complaint. That is why I typed this.
