Damaged Counter during Dishwasher Installation

It looks like I am not the only one who experienced problems with the installation service I purchased from Best Buy.  

I shopped around for a new dishwasher and selected Best Buy BECAUSE of the installation service and warranty options.  Unfortunately, the quality of your services does not match the description. In my case, the installer broke off a three-inch chunk of my counter-top during installation of my new dishwasher. Repairing it requires replacing the entire counter-top, and, of course, it is the longest counter in the kitchen.  Worse than the damage is the fact that the installer met us at the front door to sign the paperwork and hurried out without alerting us to the problem.  Accidents happen, but not acknowledging the problem is unacceptable.  


Here are some photos. You can even see the particles from the broken chunk resting on the top of the dishwasher in the first picture, the shiny new dishwasher with the ruined counter in the second, and the chunk with an unused screw we later found sitting on the floor.  Best Buy needs to do something to make this right. {removed per forumg guidelines}

Wait a minute ... you have time to remove the photos I posted, but you don't provide me with any information about resolving the problem you created.  Come on.  That is pretty outrageous.
