Damaged Bosch Dishwasher

I ordered a Bosch Dishwasher on September 15, 2022 to be installed on October 4, 2022.  After receiving text messages that it would be delivered between 12-8 PM, the window was adjusted to 12-2 PM.  At 2:30 PM, I called and the agent said my window was not 12-2 PM, it was 3-5 PM.  When I told him my info was no the same as his and it even said "they were running a bit late," he told me that time frame isn't used and it was always 3-5 PM.  Anyhow, they arrived and installed the dishwasher at 3:30 PM.  

 

The dishwasher was damaged somehow and is pitted across the front of it.  The installer reported the damage and Best Buy called me a short time later and said it could be exchanged or I could receive $150 credited back to my original form of payment.  I told the Best Buy agent we would talk about it and I would call back on October 5, 2022 with our decision.

 

I called 888-237-8289 and spoke with a rep.  I told the agent we wanted the cash back.  He said it was not a credit back like I had been told, but a $150 gift card to be used at Best Buy.  I asked to speak with a supervisor.  He said he worked from home and he could ask for someone to call me.  He also said that he couldn't verify what the previous agent had told me.  Was I not telling the truth?  He said his boss, Melanie, would call me.  Unfortunately, this agent was not able to help me at all.

 

Now, what do I do?  Best Buy has 2 strikes against them.  I'm thinking they should just come get the dishwasher and give me back my money.  Customer service is awful.
