During the first installation of our new refrigerator, the wall adjacent to the unit was damaged. I filed a claim with Best Buy and called multiple times, but have not received any follow up. It has been almost a month and my wall still has a big hole and scuff marks, chips.

Welcome to our forums, albeit under such unfortunate circumstances. From what you’ve described, this is far from the experience we hope to provide our customers during the installation of an appliance, and I regret to hear you’ve not received any resolution almost a month after the installation of your refrigerator.
If you haven’t done so already, I recommend filing a claim with Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. They are the insurance company that underwrites Best Buy claims for property damage that may occur during home deliveries or installations. To begin this claim process, Sedgwick can be reached at 1-800-620-7409.
If you’ve already filed a claim with Sedgwick, and have not received a response, please use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me your full name, phone number, email address, and claim number, and I’ll be happy to see what we can do to get the claim resolved as soon as possible.
