Damage to house to response from Sedgwick

I had 3000 worth of damage to the walls, railing, ceiling, and other places in my house from a refrigerator install. I had been working with a Sedgwick claims representative until she stopped responding to voicemail and email. I have left numerous voicemails on the general voicemail line to try to receive an update about my claim and am extremely frustrated. I feel like Best Buy pushed me off on a company that they know won’t respond after I have read many of these forums. It is frustrating with the amount of time I have wasted trying to get this claim settled. How can I get this claim resolved and repair my home?
