Damage refund never received since 8/2022

I have called your customer support escalation several times and got different answers regarding a credit that was supposed to be sent to me for my damaged delivery. I was originally supposed to be issued a 200 gift card ! I never received it. Over 30 days later I called again and the representative said they will issue a credit to my card and it would take a billing cycle of 30 days and she had to get manager approval for this. I was given a case # and refund Id#. Another 30 days went by and nothing so I called on 10/14 and was on the phone with someone for over and hour who said the refund was voided because address did not match! No one called me and explained this and it has now been over two months. The representative said she would issue the refund again and gave me a refund id# . So I called to check on this refund today because I didn’t not want to wait another 30 days to call and they say it was voided. I called and they have no reference of my call fro last week. The lady that helped. Me gave me the refund id # from the very first gift card that I was supposed to receive and did not. I talked to 4 people today none willing to help resolve but one person. The last person I spoke to Carol told me that I got the gift card and cashed it out already ?! No ma’am I did not ! She also told me she would call me back in 30 mins when her supervisor get out a meeting and she has not! All I want is what was told I would get by several representatives !! No resolution. Yet and it will be three months

I had a terrible experience with a furniture purchase last year, it took over 4 months to receive a partial refund. It was an incredibly frustrating experience. I know you have worked with a few different agents in regards to this Gift Card, I am going to take ownership of this until we find a resolution. I am going to need to dig in to the previous cases we have created for you in the previous interactions to sort out what has, and has not, been done.
