Damage from fridge delivery

I had a refrigerator delivered last Wednesday (Oct 27th) and the delivery drivers damaged both the fridge and my property during installation. They took pictures and said they would file a claim and that I would hear from someone within a couple of days. It has now been more than a week and I have yet to hear anything.

Welcome to our Best Buy Support forums! Getting a new refrigerator should be an exciting time, but I can understand having it arrive damaged and having additional damage to your home occur would not be a welcome situation to be in. I wish you were joining us under better circumstances, but I'd be happy to look into this with you.
