Damage from dishwasher installation

I filled a claim 10-4-21 and it is still not resolved.  Best Buy uses an outside company called Sedgwick to process their claims.  Sedgwick does not answer the phone nor returns emails.  This has been going on for almonst 4 months!  I purchased a dishwasher and installation from Best Buy.  Their installer did not install and new dishwasher properly. The water ran out on hardwood floor and damaged it and ran through to our finished basement and damaged ceiling and walls and furniture.  I have tried numerous times to reach a Best Buys Claim Department - but they don't even have one!  Guess I have to file a claim in court of law to get a response.  I will never purchase anything from Best Buy again - they are a joke!

exact same thing happened to me, maybe there's enough of us to do it together and take them to court.

It's been almost one year and still no reply from BestBuy regarding the damage they caused.  I will never purchase anything from them again!
