Geek Squad delivered and installed new television for my 85 year old mother. That went very well. However when taking out old 25 year television they damaged her front steps. The Geek Squad did not tell her or me that this occurred. I talked to 2 managers at Best Buy. I showed them 9 photos I took. I was told Sedwick handles the claims.
I was given Sedwick number but have heard anything from them. Please help me with this situation.
