Damage To Home

I purchased a washing machine from Best Buy. It caused damage to my home. I called Best Buy’s corporate number. They started a claim and said if I don’t hear from anyone to email their claims company Sedgwick. I didn’t hear back so I emailed Sedgwick. After a couple emails they finally replied. I have yet to hear from them again. I was given a number to call them and it’s just a voicemail. You CAN NOT speak to someone. I NEED SOMEONE TO GET BACK TO ME ABOUT THE DAMAGE TO MY HOME…. NOW!!!! It’s been over a month since I started this claim. It shouldn’t be this difficult!
