I had a refrigerator delivered almost 3 weeks ago, during which there was extensive damange caused to our interior walls. The delivery men were great and immediately filed a damage claim, but I have not heard from anyone regarding the claim since then. I have called the Sedgwick claim contact number 3 different times, leaving voicemails including my claim number. All ignored. No one in the store could help me get in touch with the claims department. This has been a horrible experience and we will not be purchasing large applicances from Best Buy in the future.
