DSI is the worst delivery service!

I bought two 70" TVs and a chest freezer at my local Best Buy. Delivery was scheduled for today between 8:30 and 10:30 (I had to cancel a Vet appointment for my pup to be available for the delivery window). Get an email at 9:07 informing me the driver was on the way. A phone call from the driver at 9:10 confirming he was 30 minutes away and then a call at 9:36 from a delivery representative informing me the driver could not find my house. I live in a major population center at the end of one of the main roads in the city. I gave the representative the address and directions and then texted a Google maps pin to the driver's phone number. 1 hour goes by and I decide to call Best Buy. After some time on the phone I am told the driver couldn't find the address and moved on to the next delivery. I was furious and asked the representative to Google my address, guess what it the first item on the list and she has no trouble finding it. She then apologized for no one calling me back - too little too late.

I get transferred to the supervisor who informs me there is nothing that can be done. After 45 minutes on the phone I gave up and hung up. I drove to my local Best Buy and asked for the manager. After 30 minutes or so he found the TVs in stock at another store in a neighboring town and is going to pick them up and deliver them to me this afternoon personally. No Freezers are in stock in my area except for the one on the truck that never showed up. The store manager escalated my case and I have received a call (with no new information of course) from a representative (name withheld) who stated she would attempt to have the unit sent back out for delivery. So when/if my TVs are delivered at 4:00 PM this afternoon I will be out 8 hours of my life and a canceled Vet appointment for my pup.

DSI is the worst delivery service in existance and have no care whatsoever for customer satisfaction. Best Buy should change their delivery provider if they have any desire to retain customers who are forced to endure the travesty that is DSI delivery.

I apologize for the negative experience that you went through, and I can assure you that your feedback has been provided to the District Field Manager in regards to your experience. It is our goal to ensure that each client has the best experience possible, and I apologize that isn't the experience that you received.
