We bought an oven and a gas range on 06/07 that was scheduled for delivery on 06/22. They showed up with both items, and installed the gas range. When they tried to open the oven, the glass door was shattered, so the installer could not leave the product or install it. He tried several times to reach his support contact at Best Buy and was hung up on and told us to call ourselves. There is NO SUCH THING as customer service at Best Buy. You get transferred back and forth, there is no accountability. The reps are rude and will not give you a rep # or anything to call and complain about the way they treat you. They hang up on you when they don't feel like helping. After 2 weeks of calling every number I have been given, with no response when they tell me they'll call me back, an appoinment showed up in my account for 07/06 between 7am-1pm. By 2pm with no call, no show, my wife and I started calling all of the numbers we had previously been given, and were either told that there was no record of a delivery, or that they would "escalate the ticket", or just hung up on. Not 1, but 2 reps actually told my wife that they were going to charge her $100 or she had to purchase a gift card for them to help her. Best Buy has $2000 of our money that they have stolen, and we have no product. 



BEST BUY IS A SCAM, and apparently their business sucks so bad, they have to steal from people to make money.
