I want to file a dispute about a purchae i made on my best buy on October, I brouhgt a tv and the delivery should be in florida, I never received anything, and I already stard MAKING PAYMENT ON MY CREDIT CART.
I did call them so manytime about that, sometime they said they create an account and they will call me back, they didnt do anything, I dont know anymore what to do, because Best buy dont have any department to help cutomers, i dont know anymore what to do. so please help me find the a way to communicates to someone who can help me. best buy is a big company I never thougt someone need help , ther is no one to help.
so please help me find my TV or my money

Is this the Best Buy Credit Card or is this a personal credit card? If you did not receive what you paid for, you should have immediately from that day filed a complaint or file an inquiry with Best Buy to ask them why it did not arrive.
If you did not get an answer you could escalate it to a higher management. If all else fails, a call to the credit card company can start a dispute, but these are only effective if you start right away on the non receipt of the items and not report it several months later as we are almost in April 2021.
