DELIVERY

So this morning my delivery team didn't feel like carrying my refrigerator in and out of my property so so drove past my house kept driving never got out just kept driving and lied and said I didn't answer the door now this is the third time here th he last two time they actually called my phone and started they were 5 minutes away they will be right their now this time I'm outside sitting in my pickup truck as they passed by and then I get a phone call from the geek squad stating nobody was home (LIE) and they rescheduled now I have to drive back to my shore house to lose a day of work for a new delivery because they chose not to deliver my refrigerator so I spoke to a supervisor from geek squad and let them know they can take back my $6200.00 order and hos response was OKAY

Welcome to our community.  Whenever I’m expecting an item to be delivered to my home, I tend to sit in my living room out of sheer anticipation just waiting for it to arrive.  If I witnessed the delivery truck pull up to my home and then drive away, I’m sure I would be feeling quite appalled.  Add to that the way in which our employees spoke to you about the situation, and I doubt I would be feeling any ounce of excitement.  I apologize for our having disappointed you.

Can you please get them to deliver it by the end of the day they can call me at {removed per forum guidelines} if its possible
