You guys have awful service. How do you schedule a delivery for a VERY expensive TV with the time frame 12-8 PM and then do not show up at all with absolutely no notice, call, text. And customer support is absolutely ridiculous with wait times of an hour and just not getting anywhere. This is absolutely ridiculous. We are so frustrated with your service. Waited all day for nothing. Now our order, which used to say SCHEDULED 12-8PM, now says we have to reschedule. I've tried calling so many times and staying on the wait list and all you people say is "We are so sorry" but then getting nowhere. I am so aggravated with this service.
