EXACTLY the same thing happened to us except the installer refused to even leave the item - then took it - now 5 weeks later still no refund? WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! No update from Best Buy.

We are still waiting for a $2300 refund for OVER 4 messed up deliveries, 1 driver refusing to install, hours spent on the phone and still NO appliance and no refund????????????
