On the 22nd of December I ordered an appliance online. I spent over $2000 on this item and requested delivery & installation. Date ordered: 22nd December 2021, Paid in full. Booked for delivery on December 28th.
1st delivery – Received a message the night before (Dec 27th) from Best Buy saying delivery not possible and that I had to reschedule delivery for the following week which I did. Rescheduled for Jan 4th.
2nd delivery JAN 4th – Received a message the night before (Jan 3rd 2022) from Best Buy confirming delivery. Driver called me the morning of delivery informing me that he was 30 minutes away, I received 3 x SMS messages confirming delivery (one the night before). No delivery arrived during the timeframe PLUS I received a delivery confirmation via email (see below) which concerned me so I rang Greek Quad help line, who informed me I had to reschedule AGAIN. No-one called me, I had to ring Best buy MYSELF to find out that once again delivery would not be completed. I was ASSURED that the item would be delivered the following week and that I would be offered compensation.
3rd delivery JAN 11th - Driver arrived – as soon as he walked inside and I showed him where the washer/dryer was to be installed he aggressively stated that that he WOULD not bring the item up any stairs. I asked for him to wait so that I could speak to someone at Best Buy. I was on hold for over 35 minutes. I also checked the service agreement (see below) which states that the delivery does include delivery up 3 ;levels of stairs. The driver would NOT bring item upstairs. He was Aggressive, would not give me his name. I requested that he leave the item as I would speak with Best buy about compensation (as I was STILL ON HOLD with Best Buy) so that I could pay someone to bring upstairs. He refused, then proceeded to ignore me dragged the item back into his truck as I requested that he please keep the item which I own and I have paid for in full. He continued to ignore me and then slammed his truck shut and left. I have video and photos of this. He was rude, aggressive and ignored my request to leave the items and would not give me his name. The ENTIRE time I was still on hold with the installation Best Buy number. Then I was HUNG UP ON!!! I contacted BEST BUY appliance delivery again. The woman then tells me that she has to reschedule for Saturday the 15th.
This is now 20 days after paying you over $2000. I am paying interest on this charge on my credit card, I have taken 3 days off work to ensure that I am here for delivery and arranged for other people to support me with school drop offs etc. to ensure that I am here for the delivery window. Yet you, Best buy have now messed me around so many times that I cancelled my $3000 stove delivery due to this terrible experience.
And I STILL DO NOT HAVE A WASHER.
Oh and now I also receive ANOTHER notification stating that the service has been completed today?
I wish to report the driver of the truck who was aggressive and illegally took away the washing machine which I own, which I paid for in full.
Please see Service agreement as per below states that the item will be delivered up to 3 flights of stairs

Thanks for joining us here on the community forums. Although, I wish it were under better circumstances. Having your delivery rescheduled multiple times is never a great experience. I would love to investigate this issue and see what I can do. Please private message me with:

Thank you for noticing my message. I am now at my 4th attempt to try to get this appliance delivered and am still appalled that your driver and installer refused to bring my item into my home? And then refused to leave it when I OWN it. Please advise HOW I can private message you my details?.

I need to message you again. Due to this horrible experience, I did not trust that Geek Squad would actually get this delivery arranged so I called them AGAIN last night. This must be the 10th time I have called Geek Squad (who are all based in the Philippines). I have now been informed that my so-called delivery is occurring this Saturday HOWEVER that the removal of my existing appliance (which I have paid for to have removed) is not booked for 3 days later??? How in the world do you intend for your delivery and installing team to put in an appliance when I have an existing appliance??? I will not hold onto my old items for an extra 3 days? This is ABSURD! I don't even trust that the items will be delivered due to the fact that the delivery has never happened over 4 times already! Please message me ASAP
