Okay, I am honestly trying not to be LIVID here... but the delivery tried to call a phone # of a person at work to confirm delivery EVEN THOUGH WE HAD LEFT A DIFFERENT # WITH THEM. In addition, NOT only that — they don’t even try to ring the doorbell!!! RIDICULOUS — is the customer supposed to WAIT outside all day for a delivery?? Even after we confirmed we will be home for the delivery? This is ridiculous!!!

Also, CALLING customer service is ridiculous — they conveniently HUNG UP or somehow got DISCONNECTED 3 times... so fishy. I also called the number on the card from the sales specialist... HMM — line keeps ringing and ringing without an answer.

I want to cancel this order — what a waste of time and a headache.
