I have a dryer being delivered on Jan 22 and my building requires a customized COI. I have been dealing with Best Buy customer service all day - literally since 9am - and have gotten nowhere. I have been disconnected 4 times and I have been provided with an incorrect COI 3 times. I tried the chat function and they routed me to the call center again. I have no confidence that Best Buy customer service can help me. I'm at the point where tweeting at Best Buy to get someone's attention seems like a good idea. It's outrageous that I should have to spend this much of my time on something this basic. Can anyone on this forum help me?

I appreciate you taking the time to write us in regard to your request for a Certificate of Insurance (COI) so your delivery can be completed. That is definitely important! I’ll be happy to look into this for you.
First, I do need a little more information so I can start that inquiry. Since you mentioned needing a customized COI, what are the requirements?
