I'm following up on an earlier post. I need a customized COI for a refrigerator delivery on January 5 and an installation on January 7. I've already had to reschedule the initial delivery because my building did not accept the downloadable COI. Customer Service hasn't been able to help. Can someone please contact me so I can provide my building's requirements? I don't want to have to reschedule my delivery again.

Thank you for reaching out. With the increased number of customers seeking support it has taken longer than expected to get to your correspondence. Often, building managers require customized Certificates of Insurance (COI) when deliveries or installs are planned to take place. I understand that had been your request, although I see your scheduled delivery date was Jan. 7. I hope everything went as planned.
