We are having a refrigerator to be delivered/installed on Feb. 9/2021, and need a customized COI. Our condominium office has just told us that they will not accept the general COI and provided an instruction with specific wordings needed to be included in the COI.
Could someone please help with this? Our current refrigerator got broken down last week, and we desperately need a new one to be installed as scheduled.

That's why we really appreciate you letting us know beforehand that your building requires a customized Certificate of Insurance.
I'd be happy to see what we can do to take care of that for you before your delivery date! For me to get started, can you use the "Private Message" option in my signature to send over your full name, phone number, email address, the address of the delivery, and order number? Also, please include the information your building needs on the Certificate of Insurance so we can work to get that customized!
