Long story short...
Took the day of work which is rare.
Had a washer to be delivered and to haul away the old.
The old one was removed and sitting in my drive.
The new one was damaged. They didn’t
have room to haul the old one.
THE STORES DON’T ANSWER THE PHONES (first red flag). Of course the customer service number is a long hold, can’t answer questions, pass you along to anyone else and hand up on you.
I hAve been on the phone for 6 hours. I’ve spoken with 9 people. One was yelling at me, one was to call me back (lol), two hung up and the others could not do anything to help. I bought a different one elsewhere and now I’m trying to cancel the Best Buy one.
1. I have a washer sitting in my yard
2. I have to wait 24-48 hours to CANCEL
3. My refund won’t be processed for up to 30 days.
I need my money back.
Not one single corporate person can pick up the phone to resolve this. They did not deliver the goods I paid for and they won’t refund my money.
Thinking this is a precursor to BB going bye-bye!
