Customer service is aweful

We ordered online a washer and dryer.  It was delivered and the Elec dryer power cord was too short.  You don't have longer cords so it was on us to find a longer cord.  They said someone would follow up with us the following day to schedule.  That never happened.  We called customer service and they couldn't scheduled because an error code popped up.  They would call us back.  NEVER Happened... Called again...Guess what an error code popped up and they said they would call us back...we said no...we need it scheduled.  We were told they would put us in a pool to be called in 24 to 48 hours.  Seriously...get is scheduled!!  So we will have our new washer and dryer for a week and not able to use it when we were told once we had the cord they could be here in the next couple of days.  I asked how I would be compensated since I had to take two days off of work.  They said they couldn't do any compensation until after the install.  I find that highly unlikely.  Every other business can say so sorry for your inconvenience, we know you are upset and we would like to keep you as a customer so we are going to give you xx amount off for your inconvience.  At $2.25 to wash and $2.00 to dry and household of 2 adults and 3 kids... we have a lot of laundry and you are costing us a lot of money.  Do the right thing.  I asked how to go about returning since I just got off the phone with Home Depot and they could have a washer her and installed by Monday.  They woman hung up on me!!!  So now I have no idea if and when they are coming on Tuesday.  This is so ridiculous.  I will never buy anything from Best Buy Again!

Purchasing a new washer and dryer can certainly be an adventure. We’re sorry to hear that your experience, thus far, hasn’t been a positive one.
