Customer service horrible

Ordered a fridge delivery guys removed fridge. Go to put new fridge in measurements we’re wrong in store. Didn’t fit. Guys put old fridge back in. Little did we know they punctured the water pipe and house has to be torn apart for water. Call Best Buy nothing is resolved. Delivery guys comes out to inspect it a month and half later and claims they never touched the old fridge. Then ask to see the damaged pipe. I said I don’t have it it was replaced I had no choice. The damage was bad. Then the start talking in Spanish and ignoring me and arguing because one guys says they did move the fridge the other said no he didn’t. So they’re trying to blame us. Call best buy and both complaint companies for delivery and Best Buy and get hung up on 2times each. Why is it so hard to get customer service

Thank you for your message and for sharing the experience you've had with the installation of your appliance. That's not something we like to hear from our customers.  Can you tell me who you were working with concerning the pipe you say was damaged?

The pipe I saw was damaged?. You mean the pipe that was damaged when your 3rd parry delivery company out the fridge back. I don’t appreciate being called a liar and the delivery company coming to my house being rude not telling me what’s going on and the two people arguing because one says ya we did remove the fridge and put it back and the other regusing to admit it.

Salvatore from the delivery which ignored my calls and emails. Amd Brittany from Your claims ppl who ignore my calls, voicemails and emails. If I am not contacted bt phone and talked to I will be getting a lawyer this week.

So the people you were talking with about the pipe didn't acknowledge that they damaged the pipe in your home? It would also seem that you were not told that you may be able to have the damages you reported may fall under a claim from Best Buy.  Can you please send me a private message with your full name, email address and phone number so I can work to get you some answers.  I look forward to your reply.
