Customer Service

I was scheduled for TV installation and setup, confirmation email received and delivery was supposed to be on 2/26/22 between the hours of 1-8pm.  Called customer service to once again confirm that installation would be done today and was told that they had no record of delivery. 


Once again, I did receive confirmation email, however customer service representative stated that delivery would have to be rescheduled since there were no more available slots today.  When asked why I would not get the order today I could never get a straigt answer from customer service representative, just kept on repeating that I would have to reschedule.


What good is getting a confirmation email if you are for whatever reason gonna get bumped off the delivery schedule. I think a company as big as Best Buy should work with the customer to make things right if deliveries that were confirmed are not fullfilled.  Needless to say I never got a straight answer as to why my delivery was bumped, when asked to speak with manager I was on hold for almost  30 minutes after which time call was disconnected. 


Better training for customer service representatives and Best Buy should fulfill confirmations on deliveries , if not try and make it right with the customer.  I will never deal with this company again due to the experience I had to go through with delivery and installation.
